All airport Pick-Up’s considered as curb- side (Outside) pick-up unless you ask for an inside pick- up (Meet and Greet) specifically. For the curb side pick-up, you must provide us a cell phone number so our drivers and our dispatchers can contact you upon your arrival. You will always receive a text message from your driver upon arrival, with a brief info of the driver’s name, vehicle make and model and vehicle # so you can directly be in contact with your driver for a faster pick up.
Your driver will be on standby somewhere near the airport (OFF THE AIRPORT). Once you contact your driver via text message or phone call, your driver will pull up to the curb to meet you outside in a few minutes. when you contact your driver or our office, we have to know 3 important locator info 1st What Terminal # 2nd What Level # 3rd What door # or Passenger Pick -Up Area #, you are waiting after this vital info if you wish you can add more info to your text such as” between” or “near” specific Door # or Passenger Pick- Up Area#, or brief description about your clothes etc., to make it easier for your driver to find you.
IF YOU DON’T MIND GOING TO DEPARTURES LEVEL IT WILL BE ALWAYS FASTER AND EASIER TO FIND YOU, AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR LUGGAGE OR WHEN YOU WALK OUT OF THE PLANE IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY LUGGAGE TO WAIT FOR.
